Pit Allocation 12pm-4pm (security will be on site from this day)

Set up of pits and track walks

Wednesday 1st of July 2009

Pit Allocation 9:00am to 4:00pm

Confirmation of Entry: 9.00pm – 4pm

Unofficial Practice 10:00am to 5:00pm (drivers must sign in practice book and receive daily practice sticker, only nominated drivers for State Championships will be allowed on track)

Official Practice Thursday 2nd July 2009

Pit Allocation 7:00am to 4:00pm

Confirmation of Entry/Scrutineering 7:00am – 5.00pm

Practice 10:00am to 5:00pm (drivers must sign in practice book and receive daily practice sticker,only nominated drivers for State Championships will be allowed on track)

Tyre Pickup: 9:00am – 5.00pm.

Drivers will be called to Tyre Collection area by Class

Transponder Pick up: 12.00pm – 5:00pm. Drivers will be called to Transponder area by Class

Canteen Timetable

Wednesday 10.00am till 5.00pm

Thursday 10.00am till 5:00pm

Friday 7.00am till 5:00pm

Saturday 7.00am till 5:00pm

Sunday 7.00am till close

Breakfast will be available from Friday to Sunday

Cost: Included in Nominations for nominated drivers only. Must fill out club paperwork and place required sticker on Nasu Panel before going on grid.

NOTE:

1. No kart will be permitted to practice on Thursday 2nd of July 2009 unless the scrutineering form has been presented and the event Scrutineering sticker is displayed on the kart.

2. Drivers MUST confirm their entry and produce current AKA licence, prior to scrutineering and taking part in official practice.

3. No Running in of Engines from Thursday 2nd July 2009.
